Will there be a meal plan available?
For this conference we will be providing a limit amount of meal plans that you can pre-purchase at the registration page.
What is the Conference Schedule?
The conference begins at 19:00 on Thursday, April 2nd. For the following three days there will be sessions at the following times. 10:00-12:30, 14:00-16:30 and 19:00-22:30. The conference will finish at 23:00 on Saturday, April 4th.
Is childcare provided?
There is not childcare provided for this Conference.
Do I have to pay for the full Conference if I'm only attending a few sessions?
Day registrations are available for $30 including the three sessions for your selected day. There is also an option to pay for individual sessions at $15 per session, although if we reach the maximum capacity on registrations this option will be automatically cancelled.
When do the doors open for registration?
The doors will open for registration Thursday, April 2nd at 14:00. No one will be allowed in the Main Auditorium until 18:00.
How far is Catch The Fire from the Airport?
Our Venue is about 8min away from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) Airport.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We are able to refund 100% of the registration fee within 60 days after the application was processed, after the 60 days we will give you a credit towards Catch The Fire Events or Attwell Books (on-site book shop).
Will there be a shuttle service from the surrounding Hotels to Catch The Fire?
The only Hotel that will provide shuttle service is: Crowne Plaza.
Are the evening sessions free?
Anyone is welcome to attend any of the sessions for a $15 fee, there will be one free entry permitted on Friday night, April 3rd.
